Our most requested feature in the last few months was the ability to embed a Listium list on other sites, and we’re happy to say that the first version of our new embed tool is now live.
The embed is a simple iFrame that can be added to most sites, such as a Wordpress or Squarespace site. (Particular instructions for how to add an iFrame to all popular platforms should be an easy Google search away).
To access the embed just use the “Share” button at the bottom of the banner or any published list (on desktop only).
It’s then a simple process to use the toggle buttons to set the options you prefer, copy the code, and insert it on your site!
You can choose to include the list banner/(header) in the embed, which is probably a good option if you are embedding the list on a page that has no other content. Alternatively, you can disable the banner if you would prefer to introduce or explain your list in the content that surrounds the iFrame on your site).
